underwhelming stay, not worth the price
small bathroom shower leak
The room felt cramped. there wasn't enough space for luggage and moving around was difficult. the bathroom was also quite small, and the shower leaked all over the floor. it was frustrating dealing with the constant mess and lack of space. I expected much more for the price.

The staff was helpful. i needed directions to a specific museum, and they not only provided them but also wrote down some local tips. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. i was particularly impressed with the fresh fruit selection. It was delicious!!!
the gym was a bit smaller than i anticipated, it had limited equipment.

EXCELLENT Stay, minor hiccups!
stylish design comfortable bed
I appreciated the hotel's stylish design. The bed REALLY delivered on comfort. The staff showed GREAT kindness and were super helpful. I liked I could leave luggage there for about SIX hours after checkout. That gave me extra shopping time.
The wellness area disappointed. The pool wasn't heated. The whole room felt cold, many guests wore jackets there.

The location is excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of Kolonaki. It is walking distance from the metro station and bus stops. This made getting around super convenient.

The hotel has an indoor pool. The gym includes essential equipment. There are treadmills and stationary bikes. I easily maintained my exercise routine.

The staff were VERY kind. They changed towels daily. Necessary toiletries were included. I found that very convenient.

The bed was comfortable. Complimentary teas, coffees, orange juice and water were stocked in the room.
The staff's service was below average. They were not very friendly. The room was also quite small and dark (I could barely open the curtains without everyone seeing in).

the breakfast includes fresh OJ. Beds were comfortable. the staff offered recommendations about rooftop bars. I appreciated the location in a quite NICE area.

convenient access friendly staff comfortable bed wide variety
the location allowed convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and efficient, ready to assist with any request. i found the bed very comfortable after a long day. breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including greek products.
the minibar in my room was not stocked upon arrival i had to request for it to be filled.

the room design included a comfortable coco-mat bed i slept well every night. the shower featured high pressure and consistent temperature. i noticed the room was very clean and well maintained including daily housekeeping services.
